Slow, we averaged 4 hours for 3 oil changes we bought. Incomplete inspections , they went for the usual air filter needs replacement stuff, but missed the headlight that was out and reported it good...stuff like that.

Couldn't ask for a better process. I contacted them online, short notice and was quite upfront with what I wanted to pay. From that point we were on the phone within minutes. Audrey and Tyler make a great team. They were able to communicate well with me even though I've got weird work hours and it was short notice. They sent me the proposal and made adjustments at my request easily. All over text and the phone. Then, when we showed up the next morning, everything was ready to go, no surprises, exactly the deal we'd agreed on over the phone. I genuinely enjoyed how accommodating they made us feel, and if you've got kids running all over, they don't make it's a big deal at all. They were able to get us right on through with the distraction of kids and all in less than 2 hours. Overall, Audrey and Tyler get a 5/5 for their service, I'd give Audrey a 6 of I could. She definitely went way out of her way to help us out. The administration of the dealer a solid 5/5. Priced well, negotiated well, transparent about what they could do, and very up front and honest. You won't get any surprises buying a car here. Usually the finance team feels like a pack of hungry lawyers who want as much money as possible.. That's not the case here. Just real people who really want to help you out. Lastly, as I've rated other dealers on whether I'd buy a car there in a hurry.. Most dealers that answer is no. Here, I would highly recommend buying a car if you are in a hurry. Most dealers will take advantage of your hurry and kill you with add ons they can't remove after agreeing to a price lower than they'd ever let you pay. Not Bud Clary. 100% honest and transparent from start to finish. If you're considering driving from Portland/Vancouver, it is definitely worth buying here over any dealer local to the metro area. Good job guys. I'm glad to have purchased a car here. Only the 2nd car purchase of 9 I can say that about.

The fact that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car and still wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee is absurd. I bought this car in full, and of course the check engine light comes on as soon as the 3 month warranty ends. And they have no idea why my check engine light keeps coming on? Isn’t this their specialty?

They got our Santa Fe in quickly for its 60,000 mile service. Great customer service very professional and fixed a cv joint under warranty they had found while doing our service

This service center takes good care of its customers! Appointments are easy to get. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They are honest about what needs attention now and what can wait. Brenda is the bomb! The waiting area is clean and comfortable.
