I’m very happy with the work that was done. Customer service was exceptional. They made sure my wait was comfortable. Offered me coffee, donuts, and checked on me regularly. They also offered me a shuttle which I declined. They got my car in as soon as I got there and kept me updated. Very pleased!
We originally located our car on CarFax. Audrey, our sales representative, was able to immediately show it to us. We test drove it and a couple of other cars. Our first choice ended up being our final choice.
I particularly liked the business manager Marshall. He explained the paperwork and did not pressure us to add on optional services.
The only negative thing I have to say is the gas tank was only about a quarter full. When I questioned that, Audrey told me that only new cars were sold with a full tank.

In the last couple of months we had been disappointed with customer service. However our most recent experience with Hyundai Service at Bud Clary was pleasant, and the work was done well.
can't rate scams when you tell me i need new spark plugs but didn't know i had changed them a week prier. think they didn't look, or tell me my wheel or tire Sencers were aftermarket, but bud clary is the only one rotating my tires, again didn't look, probably why people don't trust dealerships that's all i have to say
I felt at ease and not pushed into buying the car I first looked at. The sells person was understanding and easy to talk to. I am older and do not understand hybrid cars. He suggested I look at something else to compare the cars with no pressure to buy either. I ran the poor guy all over the lot! but he was verry nice about it.

Slow, we averaged 4 hours for 3 oil changes we bought. Incomplete inspections , they went for the usual air filter needs replacement stuff, but missed the headlight that was out and reported it good...stuff like that.
Ron at Bud Clary Hyundai was hands down the BEST salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very straightforward, and a pleasure to deal with. Couldn't ask for a better process. I contacted them online, short notice and was quite upfront with what I wanted to pay. From that point we were on the phone within minutes. Audrey and Tyler make a great team. They were able to communicate well with me even though I've got weird work hours and it was short notice. Had a good experience buying a new car from Bud Clarey. They were very professional.
Brandon was great to work with. I wanted a straight-forward interaction with a fair price. He provided both. He is an extremely nice person as well.
As always, staff is helpful and friendly Brenda always makes things easier.and my truck is thoroughly checked and results communicated clearly.
Ron, our salesman was wonderful. He was not pushy and did not make us feel like we had to buy the car. It was nice to work with somebody so understanding.
The fact that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car and still wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee is absurd. I bought this car in full, and of course the check engine light comes on as soon as the 3 month warranty ends. And they have no idea why my check engine light keeps coming on? Isn’t this their specialty?
They got our Santa Fe in quickly for its 60,000 mile service. Great customer service very professional and fixed a cv joint under warranty they had found while doing our service

This service center takes good care of its customers! Appointments are easy to get. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They are honest about what needs attention now and what can wait. Brenda is the bomb! The waiting area is clean and comfortable.

Very friendly, very prompt service department. Easy and quick to schedule. Better than most. Communication was very good.
The service department here is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Just bad experiences time and time again. Scratches in my paint, grease on the interior, gum stuck in the carpet. They called me had me bring the car in for a recall, kept it all day, then called me to say they didn't have parts. The people at the counter are nice enough, but they have problems in the shop.

The team at Bud Clary was great. I was looking for a new Hyundai Palaside Caligraphy Hybrid in two specific colors that are pretty hard to come by but they went to work and managed to locate one in Auburn and went and got it and had it the next day! They gave me a great price on my trade in and were wonderful to work with.

Brenda was so awesome. I had broken down on the freeway in the dark while raining. I had the car towed to Bud Clary and Brenda got right on it. She managed the warranty paperwork and kept me updated along the way. She even got me a ride to the train station since I live 4 hours away. Brenda treated me as a person, not a number. I am considering driving that 4 hours for my next new car because of her.

I had my check engine light come on and I pulled in to Bud Clary Hyundai service department to see if they could help me. They were welcoming and the service rep Brenda was very helpful. They fixed my car by the end of the day and while it was not cheap it was much less than I thought it would be. I will be going back whenever I need more service. Took my daughters car here for a check engine light and turbo related issue for her Hyundai Sonata. Not only were they professional and courteous they had the best communication and helpful texts that kept me updated and able to plan my day out for pick up. Very helpful with letting me know things that needed attention and even sent me options for the tires her car needed with a link so I could shop and compare.

I went in to the dealership to compare their top Palisade to a Toyota and the price was just too good to pass up. The team was very efficient as it was New Years Eve and closing time so I was out in a little over an hour. Brandon and Jake were great and recommend if you’re in the market give them a shot.
